It’s sumptuous Januar outdore with its falling snow and wonderful activities. It’s so nice to come back home and smell tasty baking. Now I share with with you with my very tasty and quick doing rice pie. Preparing the dough takes few minutes. Preparing the filling will take alittle bit more time. But finally you get fine, tender and crumbly pie.

1. for dough you need just to mix follow
3 eggs, 2 / 3 cup flour, 1 / 3 cup starch (can be taken only flour – 1 cup), 1 / 2 cup sour cream or yogurt, 1 / 2 cup mayonnaise, baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt then mix all ingredients

2. stuffing you can choose by your wish
1. boiled eggs, green onions, salt,
2. 1 egg, cabbage (sauerkraut better)
3. cooked rice, boiled eggs, salt, pepper – this one is my favorite

Mix boiled rice with grated eggs.

Put half of the dough to the form, then evenly spread out the filling and pour the second half of the test. Bake at 200 ° C 40 min.

That’s all.

pastry

Time and again I would tell myself to start and follow a natural weight loss regimen. One time, I would really get excited and plan my daily diet, including the foods that I need to eat and in what amount, for the entire week. This will really get me all challenged and thrilled. Every single day I am happy that I will reach my goal for that day alone.

But you see, after that first week, I would go back to my old bad diet. I don’t seem to keep up with what I set my mind into and follow my natural weight loss regimen for the continuing weeks. What seems to be the problem here? Well, of course it’s me. Lack of determination, perhaps. But I found out that a weight loss program will be more effective if you have support, like a diet buddy that you can relate to, share your everyday goals to or join you for a 30-minute jogging or other similar activities.

You need a buddy, not a date (or it could be a date), and you can surely find someone if you go through your lists of friends. Coaching is also very important for a healthy diet program to work. You can have a dietician or a nutritionist to plan out your daily diet plan to and update him or her with your daily achievements and improvements. Doing so will help you persevere more to keep up with your goals.

Aside from good and health foods that should be in your meal everyday, a successful natural weight loss regimen should also include vitamins. This may in forms of supplements which you can find in your nearby drugstore or online. It is a good thing to consult with your doctor so he or she can evaluate your health condition and your weight status so you can be prescribed the right vitamins to supplement your diet.

Summer is here and the sun is shining brightly, this is is perfect for BBQs. It was not too long ago that BBQs meant sausages and burgers, but nowadays people are getting more adventurous with their cooking choices and the menu has certainly expanded! Fresh Salmon steaks, homemade lamb kebabs and asparagus now grace the griddles of BBQs, crisp salads garnish the plates of diners and a BBQ is now much more vegetarian friendly!

Instead of buying burgers try to make your own, all you need is some good quality minced beef steak, a chopped onion, an egg yolk and salt and pepper to season. Mix the ingredients together and shape into the patties ready for the BBQ. You’ll be surprised at how much tastier homemade burgers from good quality meat are than the shop-bought frozen ones.

In the cool breeze of a summer evening, you’ve finished eating and the day is winding down there is nothing better than a glass of crisp white wine and what better choice to make than a Sauvignon Blanc from the fantastic variety of French wine available from the world’s greatest wine-producing nation. This crisp wine is dry and refreshing and is ideal for winding-down after a day of entertaining and cooking!

Here is recipe of fantastic both tasty and quick prepared salad once I tried then prepping it very often.

Well, you have to take ripe quince, cut it with thin slices, add a little bit salt and juice from ginger jam (another way is honey and walnut powder) then put it for 3-4 minutes in the microwave, it must become pleasantly soft, but not lost completely hrumkost quince. Then take it out to the cold – cold.

Meanwhile, the thinnest slice 1 fennel – using only the white base, not the green part of it plus a little bit salt and and red-wine vinegar then mix it all pushing slightly-slightly with a spoon to make it more gently.

Now add prepared quince, creative mixeing it all, watering with a little olive oil and juice of 1 lime halves, add to the top a little grated nutmeg – it’s powder as well – and voilla – on the table!

As far I love experiment as every time I make the salad I get an interesting mix of tastes – my husband, as a quite well-known gourmet, estimated that “this is super and it is an exceptional combination of flavors.”

Highly recommended to try!:-)
By the way the photo you see bellow is not of salad of course but I promise to make the right one next time I’ll prepare it. However the photo is also by my.
